Wet Auto Grinding Mills

Wet autogenous grinding mills are mills in which material destruction occurs in as a result of the impact of pieces against each other when falling, due to abrasion during rolling of pieces in cascade zone, as well as due to impacts and compressions inflicted by oncoming elevators in the zone False toe on the compacted compact part of the material.

This equipment is used in production in the early stages of material processing and often after grinding the material into data mills do not require a subsequent medium and fine crushing stage. Which significantly reduces the amount of equipment required (conveyors, auxiliary equipment, additional crushing equipment) to obtain a finished product, which significantly reduces operating costs of the enterprise.

And if for grinding ores using grinding steel balls at certain performance characteristics of the MMS (within the power reserve electric motor), it is possible to increase the productivity of the mill by 10%.
